Daily duties of the job
Every day you will
01. Respond to customers via various communication platforms.
02. Keep our databases up to date with both customers and technical questions.
03. Help find customers and do prospecting using our CRM.
04. Chat with dealers over the phone.
05. Target their expectations in order to advise the appropriate products.
06. Occasionally, participate in trade shows outside Quebec.
